What is the difference between the exhibitor and the sponsorship package?

While sponsors support the event financially, exhibitors actively participate by showcasing their offerings.

As a sponsor you are a financial supporter of The Homeschool Show and Share by contributing funds in exchange for exposure and recognition.

As an exhibitor, on the other hand, you have the opportunity to showcase products or services at The Homeschool Show and Share through a booth or display.

What is the benefit of sponsoring our event?

Sponsoring our event can provide visibility, brand exposure, and potential networking opportunities. It enhances your company's image, reaching a targeted audience and creating a positive association with the event's community. Additionally, sponsorship can lead to increased customer loyalty and business partnerships.

FAQs

What is in the 10x10 booth package?

10x10 piped and skirted booth, 8-ft table, two chairs, wastebasket, name sign, and two event passes. All booths are in general area and can be upgraded to high traffic, endcap, or corner spaces.

Is there a way to hang my banner in my booth?

Yes. With s hooks, you can easily hang a banner from the piping on the 10x10 booth starting at the silver level. Please remember to order your banner with grommets.

What kind of swag material do you suggest?

For a family-friendly event, consider swag that appeals to both children and parents. Engaging the child with memorable items can leave a positive impression on the whole family. Distributing swag from your booth allows for direct interaction, enhancing your marketing impact. Tailoring swag for parents and children separately ensures a thoughtful approach to cater to both demographics. If you would like to include swag in the bags for either the children or the adults, this is an a la carte option.

What are the benefits of participating in the raffle?

I encourage exhibitors to have their raffle and swag at their own table. However, you can choose to place a raffle in the raffle area.  Participating in the raffle is a cost-effective way for businesses to promote themselves and gather potential customer information. If you would like to add this on to your package it is $50. If you would like to just participate in the raffle it is a $100 fee.

How does the raffle area work?

Every attendee will be given raffle tickets upon entering where they will provide their name, email, and phone number. The business providing the raffles will receive all the tickets, creating an opportunity for targeted audience follow-ups. Attendees can use their tickets to enter any raffle they desire, making it a great way to engage and promote yourself to a specific audience. The raffle area is an a la carte item. It is $50 if you are already an exhibitor/sponsor and $100 if you would just like to participate in this specific area.
